Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to all sales made by Wristbands365.com (“Supplier”) to a buyer of Supplier’s goods (“Purchaser”), and every agreement or other undertaking by Supplier is expressly conditioned on Purchaser’s assent to these Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Products, prices, and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Purchasers will be notified of any such applicable charges due to changes in products, prices or terms when orders are placed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit & Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay are accepted on point of sale transactions. All Payments in INR.

DISCREPANCIES

Any discrepancies between quantities shipped and quantities received must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

Incase the purchaser intends to upload his/her own artwork file, you are requested to check artwork design specifications laid down by our design team and adhere to the same while designing your artwork and submitting it.

For all artworks uploaded by the purchaser, adhere to the supplier prescribed formats only which are .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .PDF, .PNG, .JPG, .TIFF & .BMP. with a minimum DPI of 150. Please DO NOT embed files in a Microsoft Word file.

For artwork submitted by the purchaser, the supplier shall not be held liable for any errors in the same. Purchasers are requested to thoroughly check their designs before submission. Incase artworks uploaded by the purchaser do not meet the specifications laid down by the supplier, the supplier shall not be held responsible for any erroneous printing.

In even of any issues faced with the artwork files uploaded by the purchaser, the supplier shall try and get in touch with the purchaser to have them rectified. Incase the artwork submitted is non-printable, the order will be cancelled and amount refunded after intimating the purchaser.
