Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

WRISTBANDS365 is committed towards providing the best service to our customers and hence have a very strict quality check process and policy in place, we make sure our products are thoroughly checked before they are shipped to our esteemed customers. Our standard free delivery time is 5-7 working days. Also express delivery available in metro cities within 2-3 working days with an additional nominal charge.

However, incase you do not receive the product in perfect condition, we welcome returns on the following terms:

The product received is different from the item selected during confirmation of the order
There is a manufacturing defect in the product
The product has been damaged in transit and received in unusable condition

RETURNS POLICY :

However, incase you do not receive the product in perfect condition, we welcome returns only on the following terms:

The product received is different from the item selected during confirmation of the order.
There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
The product has been damaged in transit and received in unusable condition.
The product is a stock item and a return request is raised within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

For Custom Orders: We accept returns of customized orders only if at least one of the conditions 1, 2 and 3 stated above is satisfied, not otherwise.

REPLACEMENT POLICY :

Once the product qualifies for return, a replacement for the same will be processed only once we receive the returned item back at our quality check facility.

REFUND POLICY :

Refunds are possible only for the following:

If replacement of the damaged/incorrect item received is not possible

All refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment of the order within 7 working days after the refund request is approved by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

WRISTBANDS365 does not provide any cancellation facility once an order has been placed, customers are requested to carefully re-check their orders before confirming them. No cancellation requests will be entertained via emails or calls once an order has been placed by the customer. By confirming the order, it is deemed that the customer has read and agreed to abide by the return policy.
